Data Protection

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information is collected through The Locker Room by Sells Pro Training, why it is used, how it is protected, and the rights available to players, parents or guardians, club users, and administrators.

1. Who controls your information

Krazy Keepers Limited (company number 10792384), trading as Sells Pro Training, is the controller of personal information processed through The Locker Room. Its registered office is 9 Cheam Road, Ewell, Epsom, Surrey, KT17 1SP. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@sellsprotraining.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, username, email address, role, login details, and subscription tier.
  • Player profile details such as date of birth, age group, gender, postcode, height, current club, highest level played, goals, skills, and IDP information.
  • Parent or guardian details where a player is under 18, including name, email address, and contact number.
  • Uploaded content such as showcase videos, CVs, references, avatar choices, and related files.
  • Billing information handled through Stripe, including payment status, subscription identifiers, and billing metadata.
  • Technical information such as IP address, device/browser data, session cookies, logs, and security events.

3. How we use information

  • To create and manage player, club, and administrator accounts.
  • To provide dashboards, profile tools, video uploads, subscription features, and club review access.
  • To process payments, subscription changes, renewals, cancellations, and billing support.
  • To help clubs assess players for appropriate trial, development, or selection opportunities.
  • To protect the platform, investigate misuse, and respond to safeguarding concerns.
  • To send important service, account, policy, or security messages.

4. Lawful basis

We normally process personal information because it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate platform and safeguarding interests, or because consent has been given for specific optional uses.

For children and young people, parent or guardian involvement is required where appropriate, and safeguarding interests may require information to be retained or shared with appropriate bodies if there is a serious concern.

5. Sharing information

  • Club users may access relevant player profile information for legitimate platform purposes.
  • Stripe processes payment and subscription data.
  • Hosting, storage, email, analytics, security, and support providers may process data for us.
  • Safeguarding, law enforcement, regulators, or professional advisers may receive information where legally required or necessary to protect a person.

We do not sell personal information.

Because the service is designed for young players, access to their information should be limited to authorised users with a genuine platform purpose and kept to the minimum needed for that purpose.

6. Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the service, billing, legal, safeguarding, dispute, and security purposes. Uploaded content and inactive account data should be periodically reviewed and removed when no longer needed, unless retention is required for a valid reason.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, and to request a copy of your data. To make a request, contact info@sellsprotraining.com.

You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

We use account access controls, role-based dashboards, CSRF protection, password hashing, and restricted admin access to help protect personal information. No online system is risk-free, so users should keep login credentials private and report suspected account misuse promptly.

These template policies should be reviewed by the business owner and, where appropriate, a qualified legal or safeguarding professional before publication.
