1. Who we are

The Locker Room is an online player platform operated by Krazy Keepers Limited (company number 10792384), trading as Sells Pro Training. It provides subscription access, video showcase tools, club visibility features, and related services for goalkeeper development and recruitment exposure.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• If the player is under 18, a parent or guardian must provide the required contact information and support use of the service.
• You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform, provide false information, or breach these terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid player tiers are billed monthly or yearly at the price shown during checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Yearly subscriptions may be promoted as including a saving equivalent to two months free compared with monthly billing.
• You can manage upgrades, downgrades, or cancellation through the billing flow made available in the dashboard.
• Access to paid features may be restricted if a payment fails, is disputed, or a subscription ends.

4. Player content

You remain responsible for the videos, profile information, CVs, references, and other material you upload or provide. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and allow Sells Pro Training Team to display it within the platform for player profile, exposure, and club review purposes.

• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, or unsafe content.
• Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights or privacy.
• Do not upload videos of other children or players unless you have appropriate permission.
• We may remove content that creates a safeguarding, legal, technical, or reputational risk.

5. Club and admin access

Club representatives may view player information for legitimate selection, review, and trial-day purposes. Clubs and administrators must treat player information confidentially and must not copy, publish, or share player information outside the intended platform purpose.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass subscription limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
• Do not contact children through the platform in a way that bypasses parent, guardian, club, or safeguarding controls.
• Report security, safeguarding, or misuse concerns to info@sellsprotraining.com.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available, secure, and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, plans, policies, and these terms where needed for operational, legal, billing, or safeguarding reasons.

8. Liability

The platform supports player development and exposure, but it does not guarantee trials, club selection, contracts, scholarships, or performance outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or unlawful conduct.
